D Patel Architects have been successfully selected as part of the Harrow’s Small Site projects. This is part of the Mayor of London’s wider push to help make small sites publicly-owned for small developers, housing associations and communities. We are currently undertaking feasibility studies to explore massing options and efficiency in maximising the land available for private housing.
