The existing properties were located in Camden and consisted of ground floor commercial units and first floor studio apartments. The buildings were locally listed by the council and therefore of significant importance. We undertook a collaborative approach with Camden council and the local community to help provide each property with a first floor rear extension and additional storey; converting the existing one person studios into two bedroom four person maisonette apartments.
